Use the Local Environmental Observer Network to post disease outbreaks, toxin levels, and any other relevant information, to alert each other if conditions change and create unsafe conditions, and also to alert each other when conditions improve and encourage continued use of traditional subsistence resources (for example, ANTHC 2015).
