Engage farmers in research and outreach efforts and develop educational programs and materials that can be distributed to members of the tribal and agricultural communities to provide information about potential climate change vulnerabilities or opportunities. These materials should include water conservation practices, opportunities for rain water collection, and use of gray water where appropriate. They should also explore alternative energy sources and distribution mechanisms such as the use of solar panels.
