Complete a wastewater nitrogen loading study. This includes (1) evaluating nitrogen loading in tribal watersheds due to the Tribe’s wastewater treatment plant and developing a nitrogen loading report, and (2) reviewing nitrogen impacts from new tribal development and evaluating the total nitrogen impacts when considering treatment plant upgrades and other new development.
