Pursue funding options for either a permanent or temporary shelter to house community members during a severe storm. Alternatives for a permanent shelter include structures that could also be used as a multi-purpose building, clinic, or heavy equipment storage shed. Temporary, moveable structures could be used until funding for a permanent building is secured.
