Store and maintain potable water and filtration supplies for emergency events caused by flooding, contaminated wells or infrastructure disruption created by flooding. This strategy is also applicable to other emergency events of water shortages. Developing supplies is dependent on needs and demand so it can be adjusted to meet demand, responding to changing facts and circumstances.
