Careful selection of actions to eradicate or limit invasive species can also ensure health of the ecosystems and health and wellness of tribal members who utilize species in those ecosystems. Removing invasive species can encourage traditional native plant growth in areas and provide opportunities for intergenerational knowledge exchange.
