Educate property-owners on actions they can take to improve resilience of their property to climate change. Enhancing the resilience of current infrastructure (homes and buildings) will require some investments in retrofitting or improving those properties. Developing educational materials and an outreach plan for property owners can help them understand how to better protect current properties and improve the resilience of current infrastructure.
