There has been progress on energy efficiency in homes, while there has been resistance there is still concern and progress. The Housing Authority’s water/sewer department recently installed water meters at all service locations on the reservations and has upgraded their water meter reading equipment and software to help efficiently read meters at least once a month if not more. They are also able to track water consumption by community or customer.
