Make psychological first aid resources and services available to support people suffering mental health consequences due to the emergencies and long term impacts caused by climate change, such as those outlined in the “Skills for Psychological Recovery” (SPR) guidance. Pala Social Services will work with PED using a combination of grand and tribal funds to complete this strategy by 2021.
