Develop collaborative referral system to ensure residents can access available resources and services (e.g. health care, crisis counseling, shelters) during and after climate events. The TLE Department will work with the Pala Rez Radio, PED, and Fire Department and IHS using NIHB and other funds to complete this strategy by 2020.
