Establish, update and enforce building codes including passive cooling, cool roofs, cool paving materials, fire resistance, energy and water efficiency, solar readiness, development restrictions in high risk areas. The Executive Council will work with Housing and the Utilities Department using tribal funds to complete this strategy by 2022.
