Develop a health safety plan and map to identify and assist those at greatest vulnerability or risk e.g. increase medical personnel, provide homeless intervention services, and create ambassador programs comprised of community members that can check on the safety of vulnerable populations. TLE will work with Senior and PED using a combination of grant and tribal funds to complete this strategy by 2022.
