Develop a water resources management plan to assess climate change impacts, quantify tribal water rights, evaluate water infrastructure deficiencies, and develop strategies for adaption and water allocation. The EPA and other federal agencies can engage with tribes on water resource planning. PED will work with the Utilities Department and Stetson consultants using a combination of grant and tribal funds to complete this strategy by 2022.
