Google Earth Pro users can directly input observations into the Google Earth Pro Monitoring Spreadsheet. The recommended Smartphone app is ArcGIS Survey 1,2,3. ArcGIS Survey 1,2,3 is an application that is recommended for its capabilities to be used on and offline in the field.
