Remove fish passage barriers, access to cold water, sediment flows, etc. from upper basin and spring creeks. Remove mainstem dams currently blocking access to abundant volcanic spring creeks with cold water habitats as well as re-establish sediment flows and geomorphic processes that shape habitat and cool water downstream of the dams.
