Work with residents to create a home emergency kit that ensures all residents have the resources they need to survive in the event of a temporary closure of major roadways. A particular focus should be paid to Elders and other more vulnerable segments of the population. This kit should include back-up medications, rations of food, and secondary communication technologies.
