By 2020, prepare an Inuit Nunangat-wide assessment of the challenges climate change places on the capacity of hunter support programs to provide aid to Inuit harvesters experiencing climate-related losses, as well as financing options for Inuit-driven climate adaptation tools that support the resilience of Inuit harvesters and provide this assessment for NNC discussions.
