The Gun Lake Tribe Environmental Department has developed the Conservation Incentive Program (CIP) which provides rebate incentives to Tribal citizens who engage in energy reduction retrofits in their homes. The CIP Program also provides rebates for the purchase of hybrid vehicles and the installation of high efficiency furnaces and water heaters.
