To the extent possible, monitor trends in forest condition and climate to proactively identify areas with high susceptibility to wildfire and conduct studies of specific implications of climate change scenarios on frequency and magnitude of fire. If not possible, work to stay abreast of efforts other agencies or departments are doing in this area (all categories of air quality impacts).
