The construction of two tsunami shelters. This project includes a PER addressing the construction of two tsunami shelters, one on the west side of town and one on the east side. The two shelters would provide a warm place for residents to stay in the event of a tsunami and would cut down on evacuation times by having a shelter on each side of town.
