To ensure that the Tribe can fully participate in a just energy transition, energy code and policy should be developed and resources allocated to ensure that the Tribe can protect its right-of-way, protect culturally and environmentally sensitive areas, assess various legal agreements and explore the ever-expanding financial resources and opportunities.
