Increase the use of technology as a supplement to traditional methods of predicting environmental conditions. For example, programs need to be developed and implemented that teach First Nations how to effectively use GIS technology as a backup for assessing locations of inadequate ice cover, snow depth, or changes in migration patterns of typically hunted species.
