Incorporate First Nation directed impacts of climate change into the planning of health services so as to accommodate community demographics (increasing numbers of infants and elderly residents), and disease transmission that may be more severely impacted by climate changes (i.e. increased mould in houses, variability in residential ambient temperatures, transportation and infrastructure issues in remote communities that delay the diagnosis of diseases).
